My name is Trish and this is my blog about Daily Health.

If you're  like me and over forty years old, there is always something new happening with your body. I will use this blog to discuss these issues from time to time and offer up advice and even look for some advice too.

I have a background in the weight loss industry and run a site devoted to weight loss and diet tips. My experience in helping clients manage their weight has given me insight into the many health issues people deal with everyday. 

I am here to rant, complain, praise, but mostly have fun,
