Soy Protein Breakfast
Soy Milk has omega 3's in it, and omega 3's lowers cholesterol, and lowers chances of heart attacks. Soy milk and whole grain cereals in the morning helps you with the reduction of cholesterol which are both wonderful products with great benefits to reducing aging. And the benefits of high fibre foods reduces the chances of cancer.
Soy Protein Lunch
Soy veggies burger with a whole grain bun. Going with the whole grains will keep you fuller, longer. Get your veggies on the burger.
Dinner consists of whole grain rice, Salmon with lemon slices.
Your to follow this meal plan for 3 days.
