Dr Oz Skin Care Rituals To Get Younger While You Sleep

On a previous show Sleep Disorders Cameras Go inside Dr. Oz's bedroom where he's on a mission to bring you your best night's sleep. Today he gave us a few more tips on "How To Get Younger While You Sleep."

From inside his own bedroom, Dr. Oz shares his rejuvinating nighttime skincare rituals guranteed to turn back the clock as you sleep. Here are four things Dr Oz recommends doing for younger looking skin before you go to bed at night.

1. Wash your face with a gentle soap and apply a moisturizer that hydrates and emolliates.

2. Use a moisturizer that contains Vitamin A Retinol Cream (retinol), at night before bed which will fill in wrinkles and help your skin rejuvenate itself.

3. Humidify! A humidifier will keep your skin from drying out. Additionally, keep a glass of water on your night table so that you don’t have to get out of bed during the night.

4. Dr. Oz Says Take A Pill At Night To Look Younger? - Take your vitamins. If you only take your vitamins in the morning, they will be cleansed from your system by the time you go to sleep.
